  • Purpose: To create a warm, welcoming, and orderly environment during services so everyone can worship free from distractions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and assist guests as they enter the worship center.

    • Help people find available seating.

    • Distribute bulletins or service materials.

    • Assist with offering collection and communion when scheduled.

    • Provide guidance to late arrivals and those needing accessibility assistance.

    • Maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere during services.

    Time Commitment:

    • Serve on a rotating schedule (usually once or twice a month).

    • Arrive 20–30 minutes before service and stay until conclusion.


    Ideal For: Friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Purpose:To extend genuine hospitality to everyone entering the church, helping people feel noticed, valued, and connected.

    Responsibilities:

    • Smile and warmly welcome all guests and members.

    • Assist newcomers with directions and general questions.

    • Guide first-time guests to the Welcome Center or children’s check-in area.

    • Help create a joyful, friendly first impression.

    • Partner with ushers and hospitality teams as needed.

    Time Commitment:

    • Serve before and after services on a rotating schedule.

    • Arrive 20–30 minutes before the service start time.


    Ideal For: Outgoing, caring individuals who love to connect and make people feel at home

    Join the Greeter Team

  • (Before/After Service)

    Purpose: To provide prayer support and spiritual encouragement to those seeking God’s presence and guidance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Pray individually with those who come forward before or after services.

    • Listen compassionately and maintain confidentiality.

    • Pray biblically and with sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.

    • Commit to praying for church leadership, ministries, and needs during the week.

    • Participate in team prayer gatherings or training as scheduled.

    Time Commitment:

    • Serve before and after assigned services (rotating schedule).

    • Optional weekly prayer support.


    Ideal For: Spiritually mature believers who are compassionate, discerning, and devoted to prayer.

    Join the Prayer Team

  • Purpose: To create a welcoming environment through food, fellowship, and service during special events and gatherings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and serve coffee, refreshments, or meals for scheduled events.

    • Set up and clean up hospitality areas.

    • Assist with décor or food coordination as needed.

    • Partner with other teams to support church-wide gatherings.

    Time Commitment:

    • Serve periodically based on scheduled events (flexible).

    • Typically 2–3 hours per event.

    Ideal For: Those with a heart for service and creating community through food and fellowship

    Join the Hospitality Team

  • Purpose: To care for the church property so ministry can take place in a safe, beautiful, and functional environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist quarterly or as needed with indoor and outdoor projects.

    • Help with painting, light repairs, landscaping, or cleaning.

    • Participate in workdays or special maintenance projects.

    • Use skills or trades to meet facility needs.

    Time Commitment:

    • Quarterly workdays or as needed for projects.

    • Flexible based on availability.

    Ideal For: Those who enjoy hands-on work and using practical skills to serve the church.

    Join the Maintenance Team

  • Purpose: To ensure the church is ready for worship by setting up essential areas and materials before services begin.

    Responsibilities:

    • Arrive early to set up signs, tables, hospitality items, or classroom spaces.

    • Prepare worship center seating or stage areas as needed.

    • Check lighting, media, and cleanliness in shared spaces.

    • Partner with staff and team leaders to ensure readiness before guests arrive.

    • Stay after service as needed for light teardown or reset.

    Time Commitment:

    • Early arrival on assigned Sundays (45–60 minutes before service).

    Ideal For: Dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on service and teamwork.

    Join the Sunday Set-Up Team

  • Purpose: To help create a reverent and worshipful experience by preparing and setting up communion elements with care and excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and arrange communion elements before each scheduled service.

    • Ensure cleanliness, order, and proper placement of trays or cups.

    • Refill supplies and coordinate with staff or ushers as needed.

    • Clean and store communion materials following service.

    • Serve behind the scenes to create an atmosphere of worship and reflection.

    Time Commitment:

    • Serve once or twice per month or as scheduled.

    • Arrive 30–45 minutes prior to service.


    Ideal For: Detail-oriented individuals who enjoy serving quietly behind the scenes to support worship.

    Join the Communion Team

  • Purpose: To invest in the next generation by helping students grow in faith, character, and relationship with Christ.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with weekly youth gatherings, small groups, or events.

    • Help with setup, games, worship, and activities.

    • Lead or co-lead a small group discussion.

    • Build encouraging, Christ-centered relationships with students.

    • Attend retreats, service projects, or outreach events.

    Time Commitment:

    • Weekly or biweekly (typically midweek evenings).

    • Occasional weekend activities.

    Ideal For:
    Adults or young adults with a passion for mentoring youth and living out their faith.

    Join the Youth Ministry Team

  • Purpose: To help children know, love, and follow Jesus in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Teachers:

    • Lead age-appropriate Bible lessons, worship, and activities.

    • Prepare lessons and encourage spiritual growth through example.

    • Assistant Teachers:

    • Support the lead teacher with activities, crafts, and games.

    • Help maintain a safe, positive classroom environment.

    • Welcome Center Volunteers:

    • Greet families as they arrive and assist with check-in.

    • Direct new families to classrooms and answer questions.

    • Set Up / Craft Team/ Admin Team: 

    • Weekly or Monthly help set up crafts/ snacks and organize resources or do admin work.

    Time Commitment:

    • Serve 1–2 times per month during one service.

    • Attend occasional team meetings or training.


    Ideal For: Caring individuals who love children and enjoy helping them learn about Jesus.

    Join the RadKids Ministry Team

  • Purpose: To help tell the story of what God is doing through creative media, photography, and technical support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Capture photos or video during services, events, and outreaches.

    • Assist with slides, sound, or lighting during worship.

    • Edit and organize media for church communications and social media.

    • Maintain excellence and reverence while serving behind the scenes.

    Time Commitment:

    • Serve on a rotation during services or special events.

    • Attend occasional team meetings or trainings.

    Ideal For:
    Creative individuals with skills or interest in photography, video, or tech ministry.

    Join the Media & Photography Team

  • Purpose: To lead the congregation in authentic, Spirit-led worship that glorifies God and encourages the church body.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in weekly rehearsals and Sunday services.

    • Prepare music and lyrics in advance; maintain spiritual and musical readiness.

    • Model worship both on and off stage through a heart of humility and praise.

    • Assist with setup/teardown of instruments and sound equipment.

    • Attend monthly workshops for team growth and unity.

    Time Commitment:

    • Weekly rehearsals and Sunday service participation.

    • Monthly Saturday workshop (second Saturday).

    Ideal For:  Musicians and vocalists who love worship, teamwork, and spiritual growth.

    Join the Worship Team

  • Purpose: To extend the love of Jesus beyond the church walls by serving the needs of the local community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in community service projects and outreach events.

    • Help organize and distribute food, clothing, or care packages.

    • Build relationships with individuals and families in need.

    • Partner with local ministries or shelters to show compassion through action.

    • Pray for and share the gospel as opportunities arise.

    Time Commitment:

    • Varies by event (monthly or quarterly opportunities).


    Ideal For: Those passionate about hands-on service, compassion ministry, and representing Christ in the community.

    Join RAD Outreach

  • Purpose: To provide discipleship, care, and community throughout the week as people grow together in God’s Word and relationship.

    Responsibilities:

    • Open your home or lead a group that meets weekly or biweekly.

    • Facilitate discussion based on sermon topics or Bible studies.

    • Pray for and care for members of your group.

    • Foster authentic relationships and spiritual growth.

    • Partner with pastoral staff for support and communication.

    Time Commitment:

    • Weekly or biweekly meetings (1.5–2 hours).

    • Preparation and ongoing communication with members.

    Ideal For: Spiritually mature couples or individuals with a heart for discipleship, hospitality, and building community.
